Full description
Clearing excess steam in the bathroom is no longer a problem with the Xpelair All100T and its perfectly optimised impeller design. It gives you high-level performance and meets Building Regulations Part F - even when installed with the ducting and external grille supplied. The fan has the benefit of being installed up and out of the splash zone in the loft, helping to keep noise levels to a minimum.
All100T includes a cool white LED light and SELV transformer.
The fan comes complete with a loft fitting kit, giving everything needed to complete the install.
All100T is a timer fan. This means that the fan is activated by an external switch (for example a light circuit) and will overrun for a period (selectable between 2 and 30mins) once the external switch is turned off.
